Last updated: 23 October 2026. These terms apply to use of the Savera website operated by Harsha Somani, Counselling Psychologist, Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

1. Information, not individual advice

Website content is general educational and practice information. It is not a diagnosis, medical prescription, crisis intervention or substitute for an individual professional assessment. No particular therapeutic outcome is guaranteed.

2. Professional scope

The practice offers individual counselling online across India and in person in Vadodara, subject to suitability and availability. The website does not claim that the practitioner is a psychiatrist or an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist. Medication is not prescribed through this practice; a referral to an appropriately qualified professional may be suggested when indicated.

3. Contact and formation of a counselling relationship

Contacting the practice by WhatsApp, email or Instagram does not create a counsellor-client relationship, guarantee availability or constitute consent to counselling. Service suitability, boundaries, confidentiality, informed consent, fees and practical arrangements are discussed before sessions begin. Do not send urgent or detailed clinical information in an initial message.

4. Sessions, fees and cancellations

Standard individual sessions last 60 minutes and are listed at ₹990 per session. A limited number of sliding-scale places may be available on enquiry. Payment may be arranged by UPI or bank transfer, or in cash for in-person sessions. Please try to give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur up to the full session fee, where the applicable terms have been explained and agreed at scheduling. Any changes to fees or arrangements will be communicated before booking.

5. Confidentiality and its limits

Confidentiality and its legal, ethical and safety-related limits will be explained through the counselling informed-consent process. Website messaging channels are not a substitute for private clinical communication.

6. No emergency service

WhatsApp, email and this website are not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger in India, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department.

7. External links and intellectual property

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and other websites are provided for convenience. Their content and data practices are controlled by their respective operators. Unless otherwise stated, original text, design and images on this website may not be republished commercially without permission; third-party materials remain the property of their owners.

8. Privacy, law and contact
